Last Updated: December 31, 2025
1. Introduction and Scope
Instratium (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the data entrusted to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our website (instratium.com) and our suite of cloud-enablement tools, including Inlumit, QuantumSaaS, QuarkMeter, Cloudvisor.AI, and Quantum Shards.
As an MSP facilitating SaaS transformation, Instratium acts as a Data Controller (regarding our direct relationship with you) and a Data Processor (when handling data on your behalf through our cloud-native tools). Nevertheless, we do not process your PII (Personally Identifiable Information) apart from the purposes of rendering services to you and to communicate with you regarding our services and solutions.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information through four primary channels:
- Direct Information: Account credentials, business contact details, and billing information.
- Infrastructure Metadata: Technical metadata (CPU, storage, network topology) collected via Inlumit for cloud optimization.
- AI Interaction Data: Queries, prompts, and inputs provided to Cloudvisor.AI and Quantum Shards to generate recommendations or infuse intelligence into applications.
- Usage and Telemetry: Granular consumption data via QuarkMeter to facilitate usage-based billing.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your data is utilized to:
- Provide Services: Execute cloud migrations, modernize applications, and enable multi-tenant SaaS delivery.
- AI Insights: Utilize NLP and ML to provide right-sizing recommendations via Cloudvisor.AI and execute agentic workflows via Quantum Shards.
- Metering and Billing: Ensure accurate, consumption-based invoicing via QuarkMeter.
- Security: Detect, prevent, and mitigate fraudulent or illegal activities.
4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Integration
We do not sell your personal or business data. However, we share data with:
- Technology Partners (Corent Technology): For platform infrastructure and automated management.
- Cloud Service Providers (CSPs): Data is processed on AWS, Azure, or GCP based on your configuration.
- AI Model Providers: Where applicable, anonymized query data may be processed by third-party AI models to generate responses; however, we do not allow your data to be used to train their public models.
- Legal Compliance: If required by law or to protect the safety of our users.
5. Data Isolation and Security
We prioritize data isolation through:
- Tenant Isolation: Logical isolation protocols ensure "Tenant A" data is never accessible to "Tenant B."
- Encryption: AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit.
- No Training on Client Data: Instratium does not use Client-specific proprietary data or "Host Application" code to train its general AI models without explicit consent.
6. Data Retention
- Account Data: Retained for the duration of your contract.
- AI Inputs & Metadata: Purged within 90 days of project conclusion or contract termination unless otherwise specified.
7. Global Compliance (GDPR, CCPA, and Others)
Instratium supports the rights of data subjects globally:
- Rectification and Erasure: You may request that we correct or delete your personal information.
- Data Residency: Data remains in the geographic region (e.g., US-West, EU-Central) selected during environment setup.

Our Story
The Cloud industry is a place of myriad possibilities for endeavors spanning across multiple subjects of study and enterprises. It is an ever-growing and formidable industry that has become integral to billions of people within the few decades it has existed for. However, despite these possibilities, the Cloud is incomprehensibly fragmented, as its many capabilities are separated across countless businesses, and their knowledge domains; this, in turn, leads to these capabilities having very little ease of access. This fragmentation makes it very challenging when it comes to distilling any group of capabilities into actionable tools of high value, from a commercial standpoint.
This is where our story comes in. We, when founding Instratium, set out to create tools, for Cloud professionals and novices, that can coalesce these many fragmented Cloud capabilities into resources that are not only practically, but also commercially viable for anyone who chooses to embark on their Cloud journey.
